Online Giveaway Terms and Conditions


EdSured ("EdSured") is a subsidiary of Sigma Series PTE. LTD.


EdSured organises Giveaway Contests for data collection on behalf of partnering organisations and collaborations for marketing and promotion of their products and/or services.


The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Giveaway Contest:


Eligibility


The following requirements are to be met to be considered a successful and eligible candidate/participant for the campaign's Giveaway Contest

  • Singaporeans and Permanent Residents residing in Singapore
  • At least 30 years of age at the time of participation
  • Attend a 45-minute in-person/zoom sharing session conducted by EdSured's partnering organisation/collaborator for their product(s) and/or service(s)
  • Name
  • Contact Number
  • Email Address
  • Date of Birth (if applicable at the time of participation)
  • Occupation (if applicable at the time of participation)
  • Ensure all submitted information is complete and accurate


    • Any changes to the information provided have to be emailed to edsured.sg@gmail.com.


    Conduct of Giveaway Contest and Featured Prize(s)


  • Each contest starts and ends within a calendar month
  • Winners are drawn the following month
  • Prize winners are notified within a month of the contest's end


    • Featured Prize(s) Changes and Substitutions


    EdSured reserves the right to change or substitute prizes without notice. Lost, stolen, or damaged redemption items won't be replaced by EdSured or sponsors. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be extended beyond their expiry. Winners must be present at prize collection, covering their expenses and providing valid ID (e.g., ID, Passport, or Driver's License). Unclaimed prizes after 30 days from the winner's announcement will be forfeited without liability on EdSured or its partners.


    Contest Marketing and Publicity


    EdSured may disclose and share Winners' names and photos for publicity. Winners are expected to participate in contest-related publicity activities.


    Rules of Conduct and Disqualification


    EdSured may disqualify participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or disrupt the contest.


    Use of Information


    The personal information you provide when registering for the Giveaway Contest or engaging with EdSured may be used for the following purposes:

  • Promoting EdSured, our subsidiaries, sponsors, and partners, as well as their products and services.
  • Sending periodic emails or newsletters for marketing, promotions, announcements, and important updates.
  • Allowing EdSured, its subsidiaries, sponsors, and partners to contact you through various channels regarding products and services.
  • Transferring, selling, or assigning the information to entities in the event of divestment or as deemed appropriate for our clients.
